(Health safety & enviromental policy)
It is M/S Shree Aditya Power Co’s Policy to provide a safe, healthy and protected environment and workplace for all its employees and other who come into contact or affected by company’s operation. To achieve this goal, company takes following action: Conformance with HSE related national and international standards, rules, regulations and relevant legislation. Development, documentation and implementation of relevant procedure. Providing adequate training for employees to promote their awareness and understanding of HSE issues. To comply with all legal and regulatory requirement. To identify hazards and threat at each functional area and detailed plans have been drawn up to control and eliminate such hazards and any environmental impact. We periodically review and improve our HSE policy, objectives and programme,
then communicate to all our employees and make available to the public.
QUALITY
(QUALITY POLICY)
We work with efforts that consistently meet the client requirement. Our emphasis is on Client’s satisfaction and their delights. The Company is committed to continually improve the effectiveness of quality management system and also believe that the achievements are teamwork We strive for excellence and our guiding values are recognition to the individual, commitment and credibility. Company Follows some ways for quality management: Strengthening effectiveness and use of internal processes, quality method and tools. Implementing effective NCR management prevention, early detection and resolution using uniform approach, tool & reporting. Periodically reviewing this policy, so that it remains relevant to all concerned. Company always sticks to that ways which prefer best quality system.

(DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY)
Abuse of drugs, alcohol and other substances present a danger to the individual, to other and can seriously undermine operational efficiency and productivity. It is therefore in the best interest of all that employee properly contributes to maintaining a safe, healthy and productive working environment by fully participating in the successful implementation of the company’s drug and alcohol policy M/S Shree Aditya Power affirms to this policy. It maintains the hygiene of policy. Possession, consumption, distribution or sale of alcoholic beverages on company premises and company’s site premise is forbidden, and is cause for serious disciplinary action against the individual concerned. Reporting to authorized person of department to control the illegal use of drug, if happened on company premise. Policy is reviewed periodically to find any amendments if there is required.
SECURITY
(SECURITY POLICY)
Company follows the standard form of security policy. Its aim is to provide secure workplace and environment to protect employees and contractors from any hazards and loss. Company likes to use some ways for maintaining this policy according to high standard: Indentify the hazards and threats to assets and make detailed plan to control this To implement a security plan & procedure to control and manage risk. To ensure all process are designed following standard form of security. Taking care of that employees are aware of security policy and inspect that they are following of it. We periodically review and amend our policy, if there are some improvement requirements
